Would recommend for a couple of nights

Comfortable room, inviting atmosphere, with easy access to transportation, which made it perfect for exploring the area.

During my stay, I appreciated the friendly staff who helped me with my reservation changes. One night, I experienced issues with my room door not working properly, but they quickly moved me to a different room. This showed they tried to take care of my needs after a long day of work. The experience reminded me of the warmth found in Southern hospitality.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, making me feel at home! 🛏️ However, the hallway had a damp smell that distracted from my stay.

Rooms clean, spacious, enjoyable breakfast.

The room was spacious, and the beds were super comfy—like, I really wanted to take that blanket home! The lighting in the bathroom was fantastic, but the main room could've used a bit more brightness. The smell was a bit off, though, and I noticed some hair under the bed. Still, it was a decent stay overall.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel with our kids. The spacious rooms were a perfect fit for our family of six, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. We even managed a fun day at a nearby golf course, which the kids loved.

For dads, it would be great to improve the breakfast options.

The location of the Comfort Inn in Norcross worked well for me. I enjoyed the spacious King suite. The beds were super comfy, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. I liked the lemon water set up in the lobby, which felt refreshing. However, I faced several issues during my stay. Breakfast felt too cramped, and the dining area was tiny. There was a musty odor in the room. My air conditioning didn’t work well in the bedroom, though it was fine in the living area. I found mold around the ceiling vents, and cleaning standards seemed off, as empty water bottles were left on the floor. The staff wasn’t very friendly, especially when I requested an extra towel for my family. I felt the overall cleanliness and maintenance could use improvement. I wouldn't choose this hotel again based on my experience.

i had a good stay at comfort inn. the blankets and beds were incredible, probably the best sleep i've had away from home. the bathroom lighting was great too! the breakfast lady worked really hard, even with a lot of guests to serve. the location was convenient for my family and me.
